Connecting your phone with SuperOffice CRM saves time, makes communication with your customers, partners, and suppliers a lot more professional and convenient.

This app lets you connect SuperOffice CRM with a range of standard VOIP systems so that you can:

  • Remove fuss and save time when making new calls to contacts as all you have to do is click their number in SuperOffice CRM to initiate the call.
  • Focus on the conversation you are having; no more asking the caller to repeat their name or company for you to find them inside SuperOffice to handle their call. Just answer the call and let the app find and open the company card you need.
  • Take notes easily during your conversation. The app ensures that your notes are saved in your CRM solution whether you have SuperOffice CRM open or not.
  • Rest assured that all conversations are followed up. If the incoming call is not for you, or you need a colleague to follow up, all you have to do is to take a note and send it to a colleague as you close the call. You save time; the note is stored in SuperOffice, and your colleague is notified via email to phone back the caller.

Getting started

  1. Click the green button to get started.
  2. Follow the online instructions and use your SuperOffice CRM Admin credentials to approve the app within your SuperOffice CRM environment.
  3. Select the CTI for SuperOffice app and click next. Select the users you want to assign a license to and then confirm your purchase of this app.
  4. Download and install the CTI for SuperOffice app on your local PC. (This requires local administration rights and needs to be done for all users who are using the app).
  5. Connect your phone system to the app via your phone system administration layer.
  6. Finally, configure the app with your preferences for how you want it to work with SuperOffice CRM.
