If the incoming call is not for you, or you need a colleague to follow up, all you have to do is to take a note and send it to a colleague as you close the call. You save time, the note is stored in SuperOffice and your colleague is notified via email to phone back the caller.

This app is priced per user per month based on an annual subscription billable upfront.

Some VOIP supplier/systems require an additional product or fee in order for your telephone system to connect via the CTI for SuperOffice app. Any such fee is not included in this price.
If you are not already logged into SuperOffice CRM Online, you will be asked to log in and then approve that you want this app to connect to your SuperOffice installation. (You need to have administrator rights to approve the connection.)
You will then be taken to the All-CRM license administration page. Select the CTI for SuperOffice app and click next. Select the users you want to assign a license to and then confirm your purchase of this app.
Download and install the CTI for SuperOffice software on your local PC. (This requires local administration rights and needs to be done for all users who are using the app).
Connect your phone system to the app via your phone system administration layer.
Finally, configure the app with your preferences for how you want it to work with SuperOffice CRM.
