About this app

Salespeople use SuperOffice CRM Online to support their sales processes. Why force them to learn and use your ERP system just to create quotes?

The UniMicro Quote Integration app allows you to create quotations in SuperOffice Quote. By accessing directly from UniMicro ERP solution, where your product and price catalogs live, the integration ensures you always include the latest and correct product details, discounts, and prices.

When a customer accepts your quote, you can register the sales order directly from SuperOffice. The order information is sent to a specific file location, ready to be imported by the back-office team who handles your invoicing

This app is an extension to the UniMicro Sync app and will complete your seamless integration with UniMicro financial solution.

  • All product lists and price lists from UniMicro are available in SuperOffice Quote – no need to update and manage two lists
  • Send orders from SuperOffice to the EDI path ready for import, by clicking a button in SuperOffice. No double entry. No need for salespeople to work in your financial system.

Price information

Standard: The app is priced per user per month and follows the number of users you have for SuperOffice CRM Online that have Quote access (Sales or Complete user plans). 

  • €9 per user per month

  • NOK 80 per user per month

  • SEK 80 per user per month

  • DKK 60 per user per month

Additional clients: If you have different divisions or subsidiaries using separate UniMicro ERP clients, you may add additional clients to your sync solution. This is charged per additional client per month, independent of the number of users you have:

  • €44 per additional ERP client per month 

  • NOK 390 per additional ERP client per month

  • SEK 390 per additional ERP client per month

  • DKK 300 per additional ERP client per month

Set-up: The vendor helps you set this app up correctly between your two solutions via remote assistance. This set-up takes on average 2-3 days consultancy work and is priced as a one-off and in addition to subscription prices.  



  • This app requires you to also use the UniMicro Sync app which will link your customers in SuperOffice with your UniMicro financial system
  • Users need the SuperOffice Sales or Complete user plan to have access to SuperOffice Quote
  • A UniMicro account
  • During installation, a guide will provide information about local environment requirements
  • You need to be able to provide information about your ERP installation (e.g. server/database/user/pass) to the vendor before the app can be set up

Getting started

  1. Click Sign Up and accept terms and conditions to confirm your purchase.
  2. Confirm that you allow this app to access your SuperOffice CRM Online.
  3. Follow the instructions of the provisioning website and the app will automatically be set up for you.
