Improve efficiency and offer a better user experience by adding smart calling functionality to your phones and Microsoft Teams calling system.

The SmartCall Phone Integration for SuperOffice enables click-to-call and automatic look-up functions in SuperOffice CRM and SuperOffice Service with any mobile or Microsoft Teams phone system connected to Telenor MBN, Phonero, or Telia MB.

The click-to-call functionality allows you to simply click on a phone number in SuperOffice CRM and place a call – saving you time entering phone numbers.

When you receive a phone call, the app displays the corresponding contact card to let you know who’s calling and will show all service incidents registered to the caller in SuperOffice Service.

If the caller is unknown, the app will show you the caller’s name as listed in the Opplysningen 1881 public directory. With this information you can easily create new contacts in SuperOffice CRM and save time on registering new customers.

  • All business users with a mobile phone or Microsoft Teams calling system through telecommunications providers Telenor Mobilt Bedriftsnett, Phonero Bedriftsnett and Telia Bedriftsnett using certified API functionality. Other phone operators on demand.

  • Windows 32/64-bit architecture.

  • Terminal servers/Citrix deployment.

  • Local or hosted SuperOffice CRM 8.x web and Windows installations.

Price information

Standard: The app is priced based on the number of active users per month, minimum 4 users.

  • NOK 60 per user per month

  • Operator API subscription fee of NOK 5 per user per month will apply. This is paid to the operator.

The subscription includes:

  • The SmartCall App with SuperOffice CRM and SuperOffice Service Online integration

  • SmartCall API integration with phone operators

  • Opplysningen 1881 and Regnskapstall Integration with directory search

The start-up fee is NOK 2,500 - which includes remote first-time installation support and training for superusers or your IT department.

Support:

  • Phone, email, and online chat support is included in the subscription.

  • Remote support is NOK 650 - per 30 minutes.

Requirements

  • Windows PC or terminal server/virtual Windows desktop

  • Admin user for SmartCall installation

  • Telenor Mobilt Bedriftsnett, Phonero Bedriftsnett or Telia Bedriftsnett with User or Status API subscription

  • For Microsoft Teams you need PSTN phone functionality

Getting started

  1. Click on Sign Up to open the order form.
  2. Fill out the form and submit. You will receive an email with a license key and download/install instruction.
  3. If you have general administrator rights in SuperOffice, you can install SmartCall on your computer as instructed in the email.
  4. The first time SmartCall starts, it logs automatically into SuperOffice CRM. Make sure that the user has SuperOffice administrator’s rights for approving the app.
  5. Install SmartCall for all users.
    • Note: Your IT department can distribute the software and settings to all clients using their preferred deployment tools.
  6. Nettsoft AS provides remote first-time installation help and training for the superuser or the IT department.
