When you have chosen a pure cloud based office experience, like Office 365, you want to find documents from one place only. This app integrates the document management function so that you can create, store and find your documents within SuperOffice CRM like before, and benefit from all the features available to you with your Office 365 service.

Simply sign in to SuperOffice CRM using your Office 365 log-in details and then open, edit and store documents in Office 365 directly from SuperOffice CRM without having to think about where to place your documents.

  • All user plans.


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • An Office 365 for Business plan available for all users of SuperOffice CRM Online. This means that all SuperOffice users will sign in to their SuperOffice CRM account with their Office 365 credentials.

  • Azure Active Directory (used for authentication).  (It is usually called: “Active Directory Integration”).

  • SharePoint add-ins (our plugin acts as an “Add-in” in SharePoint to be able to upload and download files in the cloud.

  • You need a user with administrator user rights to configure and authorize SuperOffice CRM to access data stored in your Office 365 cloud during the set-up.

  • To create new content types (like a SuperOffice CRM document template), you need the SharePoint settings to "allow user to run custom scripts".

Note:

  • All documents written in SuperOffice CRM will be stored in the Office 365 cloud, and available to open and edit in SuperOffice CRM.

  • If you want to use your Office 365 account to edit SuperOffice CRM templates, the SuperOffice CRM templates need to be moved from SuperOffice CRM to your Office 365 account.

  • Moving templates from SuperOffice CRM to Office 365 is offered as a paid service.

  • Existing documents will not automatically be moved from SuperOffice CRM to Office 365.
